Mincho Pacheco loved doing hair from an early age. When he moved to the U.S., he worked part-time as an assistant hairdresser and full-time in corporate and in food service, forming the foundation for his success in business. He transitioned to doing hair full-time in 2006, and enrolled in the Empire Beauty School. In 2014, Mincho assisted at the Sassoon Academy in LA, and the following year he trained at the Alfaparf Academy in Miami. In 2016, as a student at Bumble and Bumble University, he worked at the renowned Oscar Blandi Salon in NYC.
This stylist’s passion for men’s and women’s cuts and color brought him praise in the press over the last 15 years, including Best of Boston’s winner for Best Men’s Haircut in 2020. Mincho has been invited to do hair for Boston Fashion Week, as well as exclusive private events in Miami and New York. He divides his time between the three cities.
For his contributions and talents, Mincho has been featured in InStyle Magazine, the Today Show, Livingly Magazine, Best of Boston, and Glam.com. In October 2022, Mincho was invited to Glamour Magazine’s event, which highlighted the 100th anniversary of the Hamilton Hotel, where 100 influencers gathered to discuss women’s healthcare. His diverse list of clients includes professional athletes like Torey Krug and Matt Grzeltyk, fashion and T.V. personalities like Sonja Morgan, Ashley Biden and Christy Turlington, and high-profile business executives.
